Groom as Venue-Caller Round 2

Not as much of a story lead-in this time around, just another set of venues that I've personally contacted to try and glean more information from as Katelyn and I look ahead to a weekend of venue-shopping in the general southern Maine area.  As you might be able to tell from our potential venue map that I posted earlier today, we're definitely building up more and more of a list to pick from so that we can be sure, when we finally make a decision, that we exhausted as many options as possible before deciding on the place that is right for us.

Venue Call #1: Spring Hill in South Berwick, ME

Why We're Interested: Very pretty location with affordable pricing and numerous options on-site.
Located about fifty-five minutes from Portland, an hour and a half from Lewiston, and three hours from Bangor.

Venue Call #2: Camden Harbour Inn in Camden, ME

Why We're Interested: Very pretty inn with spectacular views of scenic Camden on the coast of Maine.
Located about an hour and forty-five minutes from Portland, an hour and forty-five minutes from Lewiston, and an hour and ten minutes from Bangor.

Venue Call #3: Inn on the Blues in Cape Neddick, ME

Why We're Interested: Very cool location near the beach in the same area as Greystone Manor.
Located about fifty minutes from Portland, an hour and twenty minutes from Lewiston, and two hours and fifty-five minutes from Bangor.

Venue Call #4: Ocean Woods Resort in Kennebunkport, ME

Why We're Interested: Very pretty private location with a mix of woods and ocean settings for a true Maine experience.
Located about forty-five minutes from Portland, an hour and fifteen minutes from Lewiston, and two hours and forty-five minutes from Bangor.

Why We're Interested: Really neat-looking venue with a good amount of detail given to the culinary aspect.

Why We're Interested: Pretty oceanfront location in one of my family's favorite Maine destinations.

So there's some more information for you all to look at as we plan on hitting up a lot of these venues and looking for your opinions and advice as the big decision draws near.  One great thing that's coming as a result of all this venue inquiry?  I'm getting over my uncertainty on the phone through having to talk to all of these people to find out what their venues have to offer.  Go me!
